Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Hampton intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning By-Law, 190-10 which would amend the Zoning Map to allow for the rezoning of parcel identified by property identification number 30320030 located at 451 Kennebecasis River Road from Institutional (“I”) to Residential (“R”) as defined under Zoning By-Law 190-10, for the purposes of developing a 21 unit Senior Living Apartment Complex.
The proposed By-Law amendment and associated documentation may be inspected at the Town Hall at 648 Main Street, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or on the town website, www.townofhampton.ca .
A Public Hearing of the proposed amendment will take place on August 14th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 648 Main Street. Written objections will be received by the Town Clerk up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018.
