Proposed Amendment to By-law 198-12 Respecting the Remuneration of Council Members

Public Notice is hereby given that Council of the Town of Hampton intends to consider and amendment to By-law 198-12 which would amend Section 4 to change the date to set the remuneration amounts from the October meeting to the December meeting to reflect budget preparation timelines. The proposed by-law amendment, By-law 211-19: A By-law of the Town of Hampton to Amend By-law 198-12 Respecting the Remuneration of Council Members may be inspected at the Town Office at 648 Main Street, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or by double clicking here. Written objections will be received by the Town Clerk up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6th, 2019.

Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law Amendment

Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Hampton intends to adopt amendments to By-Law, 189-10 which will amend the Town of Hampton Municipal Plan to reflect updated proposals, policies and goals, as well as, update language in regards to the New Brunswick Community Planning Act, C-19.

The proposed By-Law amendment and associated documentation may be inspected at the Town Office at 648 Main Street, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or by double clicking here for the bylaw and double click here for the proposed map. Please double click on the Concordance Table to more easily see the proposed changes.

Pursuant to Section 111(1)(b) of the New Brunswick Community Planning Act, consideration of objections, of the proposed amendment will take place on December 10th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 648 Main Street.  Written objections will be received by the Town Clerk up to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5th, 2019.
