Planning and Development Services
The Town of Hampton’s Planning and Development department is responsible for the administration of the Municipal Plan, Zoning By-law, Subdivision By-law, Building By-law and Signage By-law as well as by-law compliance and enforcement.

Development Permit Fee is $25.00. This amount is waived if accompanying a Building Permit.
