Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Hampton intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning By-law 190-10 to allow for Grocery Stores in Commercial Zone 1 and Commercial Zone 3. Council is also considering a By-law to regulate Civic Numbering within the Town of Hampton.
A public hearing of the proposed amendment will take place at the regular Council meeting on Tuesday, May 14th at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. Written objections to the proposed amendment may be sent to Council, in care of the Clerk by noon on Friday, May 10th. Any person who wishes to speak for or against written objections is entitled to be heard at the public hearing. Interested persons may inspect the proposed by-law at the Town Office, 27 Centennial Road, Monday-Friday from 8 am until 4:30 p.m.
