Hampton Town Council intends to hold third and final reading for By-law No. HAM-2024-17 Subdivision By-law on Tuesday May 14 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 648 Main Street, Hampton NB.

DRAFT – HAM-2024-17 Subdivision By-law

Anyone wishing to offer an opinion on this proposed by-law may do so in writing by dropping off your letter during regular business hours to the office of the Clerk of Hampton, Town Hall, 648 Main Street before Noon on Friday May 10, 2024. A letter may also be sent by email to clerksoffice@hampton.ca. Anyone may access a copy of the proposed By-law by clicking the link below, or in person at the Town Hall where business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Questions may be addressed to the Hampton Planning, Engineering and Development Department at planning@hampton.ca or by calling 832-6065.

Hampton Town Council intends to hold second reading for By-law No. HAM-2024-18 A By-law to Amend the Zoning By-law HAM-2023-16 on Tuesday May 14 2024  at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 648 Main Street, Hampton NB. Council will review requested changes resulting from feedback provided at the Public Hearing on April 9, 2024.

Public notice is hereby given that Hampton Council enacted Hampton Municipal Plan By-law HAM-2023-15 on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.

In accordance with the Community planning Act, SNB 2017, c 19, s 112, Ministerial approval was given to By-law HAM-2023-15 on February 27, 2024.

By-Law HAM-2023-15 was filed in the Kings County Registry Office as Document #44770197 (By-law HAM-2023-15).
