Property Tax Information
The Current Municipal Tax Rate for residential property is $1.25 per $100 of assessed value of your property.
The Municipal Tax Rate for Commercial property is 1.5 times the residential rate, which equals $1.875 per $100 of assessed value of your property.
Your property tax annual bill will also include a charge for provincial property taxes, a residential tax credit, and a provincial assessment fee of 2%.
